I hope you enjoyed February’s line up of social events. Our speaker,
Philip Ferranti showed a wonderful slideshow and gave a very
enthusiastic talk on his hiking experiences. Many people bought his
book and many of them are taking him up on his offer to do a guided
hikewith him March 7thin the Mecca Hills Canyon area. If you are
interested in joining us please contact Philip or myself for further details.
It should be lots of fun. Our second successful Fashion Showwas
enjoyed by over 100 ladies. Everyone loved the new vendors this year.
Not enough people signed up for Spa Day so unfortunately we had
to cancel it. Jimmie Rogers, our 3rd speaker, was very well attended
and received. Won’t it be great to sometime soon see a movie about
his life adapted from his book that he will be sharing with us?
