The golf course and clubhouse, named Bermuda Dunes Country Club from its inception, were opened in 1959. Through the efforts of many, it has become well established and highly regarded in the ranks of professional golfers, SCGA, WSCGA and other golfing organization. The club also holds a position of prominence as a result of participation of the Club and its members in many community programs. The membership is made up of men and women from all walks of life with representation of nearly every field of endeavor. The Club enjoys the reputation of having the friendliest members in the Valley.
