**Bermuda Dunes was one of the original courses for the Classic, and was part of the rotation since the inception of the Classic in 1960. 2008 will be the first year that Bermuda Dunes, after 48 years of continuous participation and hosting the event on several occasions, will not be included. It will return to the rotation in 2009.
- Format: 5 day, 90 hole tournament, 72 hole Pro-Am
- Charity: The Classic has donated $40 million for the Eisenhower Medical Center and a variety of local charities since 1960.
